Fire Warden

Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

Fire Warden is job-management software for fire safety professionals. This policy explains what data the service stores, where, and why. It is written for the pre-launch pilot of the product and will be expanded before general availability.

What we store

Where it lives

All data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the EU, protected by row-level security: each account's records are isolated at the database level and cannot be read by any other account. Job photos are stored in a private bucket and served only via short-lived signed links to the logged-in owner.

Emails

The service sends two kinds of email: compliance reminders (to you and, where you have configured them, your clients) and documents that you have personally reviewed and approved in the Outbox. Nothing is emailed to your clients without a human pressing Send.

Cookies and local storage

Fire Warden sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no trackers. The only browser storage used is a login token kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in — this is strictly necessary for the service to function, which is why you don't see a cookie consent banner.

Third parties

No data is sold or shared with anyone else.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. Deleting a client in the app permanently removes that client and all their linked records and photos. To delete your entire account and everything in it, contact us at the address below.
